Covid-19 Regulations and Requirements

1. Do not visit pacific metal stampings, inc. If you have a fever, shortness of breath, cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, nausea, vomiting and/or Diarrhea.
2. Everyone must be wearing a mask before entering the facility and visitors must fill out a visitation form prior to entrance.
3. All visitors must follow social distancing of 6 feet when visiting the facilty.
